What is RestartiX Platform?
RestartiX Platform is the operating system for telerehabilitation clinics. It manages the full lifecycle of patient care — from the moment a patient books their first appointment, through intake forms and video consultations, to home exercise programs with computer-vision-assisted tracking and long-term treatment monitoring — while keeping every clinic GDPR-compliant by default, with HIPAA readiness built in for future US expansion.
Every clinic gets its own branded experience — their logo, their colors, their subdomain. Under the hood, the platform enforces complete data isolation between clinics at the database level, so each organization operates as if they have their own system.
Our story
We built this because we needed it ourselves. RestartiX started as a telerehabilitation clinic — five years of treating patients, managing schedules, chasing paper forms, and stitching together tools that were never designed for remote rehabilitation. We turned what we learned into a platform so other clinics don't have to solve the same problems from scratch. It replaces the patchwork of scheduling tools, paper forms, patient management software, and manual compliance checklists with a single system purpose-built for how telerehabilitation clinics actually work.
Who is it for?
Physical rehabilitation clinics
Traditional clinics that want to add telerehabilitation without replacing what already works for in-person care. Extend your practice beyond the clinic walls — online booking, video consultations, home exercise programs, and camera-based clinical tools that work on any tablet in the clinic room and on your patients' phones at home.
Virtual clinics
Fully remote practices operating entirely through teleconsultations and remote exercise programs. The platform is your entire operating system — scheduling, patient management, video appointments, treatment plans, service plans, and compliance — purpose-built for how remote rehabilitation actually works.
Independent practitioners
Solo physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists — whether in-person, remote, or both. Everything you need to treat patients and run your practice, without the admin overhead of a full clinic setup.
Patients
Book appointments online, complete forms digitally, follow exercise programs at home with video guidance, and use your phone camera for guided clinical measurements. Your personal profile is portable — when you visit a new clinic on the platform, you choose what to share. Clinical records from one clinic are never visible to another.
What the platform covers
Scheduling and appointments
Patients book online through a public page — no account needed. Real-time availability, timezone handling, and double-booking prevention are built in. Booked appointments appear on the specialist's calendar and on the clinic's general calendar.
Patient management
Portable patient profiles that follow the patient, not the clinic. When a patient visits a new clinic on the platform, they choose what to share — their name is always visible, but full profile data requires explicit consent. Clinical records are always isolated between clinics by design. Dynamic patient segments update automatically based on profile data, form responses, appointment history, and treatment adherence.
Forms and consent
Clinics build their own intake forms, evaluations, and consent documents from a reusable field library. Signed forms are legally immutable — nothing can be changed after signing. Consent tracking records who signed, when, and under which policy version. Signed forms generate professional PDFs automatically.
Telerehabilitation and treatment plans
A video exercise library with step-by-step instructions, contraindications, and equipment tags — curated at the platform level and customizable per clinic. Specialists prescribe structured treatment plans (sets, reps, hold duration, rest periods), and the platform tracks completion, pain levels, difficulty ratings, and progress over time.
Clinical measurement tools
Virtual goniometer for range of motion and posture analysis, powered by the device camera — no specialized hardware needed. The same tools work in-clinic on a tablet and at home on a patient's phone, so measurements stay consistent across settings. These tools — along with the platform's treatment plan management, progress tracking, and adherence monitoring — qualify the platform as a medical device under EU MDR. See Medical Device Classification for the classification analysis and registration strategy.
Service catalog
Clinics define their service catalog with flexible pricing: session-based packages, time-based subscriptions, or hybrid plans combining both. Service enrollment controls access — purchasing a telerehab package unlocks the assigned treatment plans, and a library subscription grants self-service access to exercises. Physical products (resistance bands, braces, equipment) can be listed as a catalog and bundled with service plans for reference.
Documents and reports
Specialists generate clinical reports and prescriptions that auto-render as professional PDFs using each clinic's branding. A visual template editor lets clinics design their own document layouts — letterhead, signature blocks, custom fields — without code. Documents support digital signatures and are immutable once signed.
Automations
Workflow rules configured per clinic, without code: when a patient is onboarded, send these forms; when an appointment is confirmed, create a video room; when adherence drops, notify the specialist.
Integrations
Built-in video consultations via Daily.co, encrypted file storage on AWS S3, and pseudonymized analytics. For external systems, clinics configure webhook subscriptions — signed event payloads with automatic retry and delivery logging — to connect with CRMs, billing tools, Zapier, n8n, or custom backends.
What makes it different?
One system, not ten — Most clinics stitch together a scheduling tool, a patient management system, paper forms, a video call app, a separate exercise platform, and a spreadsheet for compliance. This replaces all of them with a single platform where everything is connected — a booked appointment automatically triggers the right forms, a signed consent unlocks the right features, a completed treatment plan updates the patient's progress.
Built for telerehabilitation, not adapted to it — This isn't a generic clinic management system with video calls added on. Telerehabilitation is the core — home exercise programs, remote monitoring, treatment plan tracking, and camera-based clinical tools were designed together from the start.
White-label from day one — Every clinic gets their own branded experience: logo, colors, subdomain, document templates, and patient-facing portal. Patients see their clinic's brand, not ours. Under the hood, data isolation is enforced at the database level — not just in the application — so every clinic operates in complete separation.
Portable patient profiles — A patient's identity belongs to them, not to any single clinic. When visiting a new clinic on the platform, the patient chooses what to share. Clinical records never cross clinic boundaries — this is enforced by architecture, not by policy.
Each clinic runs its own way — Your forms, your automations, your services, your pricing. Clinics configure their own intake workflows, consent requirements, appointment rules, and communication triggers — without writing code and without waiting for someone to customize it for them.
No app store required — The Patient Portal is a web app that patients can install directly from their browser (add to home screen) for a native app-like experience. No app store download, no waiting for approval, no version fragmentation. Patients start using the platform immediately after their first login — with offline access to exercise videos for uninterrupted home sessions.
Compliance you don't have to manage — GDPR consent tracking, immutable signed forms, encrypted data, and a complete audit trail are built into the platform's workflows. They happen automatically as part of how the system works, not as a separate checklist to maintain. HIPAA readiness is built in for US expansion.
Platform management
Behind the scenes, the Console app gives platform administrators the tools to onboard new organizations, manage subscriptions, monitor platform health, and configure system-wide settings. Clinics never see the Console — it's the operational backbone that makes multi-tenant management possible at scale.
