What's Missing
Multi-language support strategy including:
- Supported languages (Romanian mentioned, others?)
- Translation file format and storage
- Language detection (browser, user preference)
- API response localization
- Email template localization
- Form template localization
- Date/time formatting per locale
- Currency handling
- Right-to-left (RTL) support (if needed)
Why Important
May be required for dedicated-mode clients or international expansion.
Current State
Romanian law mentioned, platform seems Romania-focused currently.
Decision Needed
Is i18n in scope for Phase 1-3? If not, document as future consideration.
